TERMS OF SERVICE
The artist reserves the right to refuse or cancel a commission due to inappropriate behavior, lack of communication, or inability to finish the work.
The client is allowed to use the art for personal use. (Profile pictures, Character references, etc.)
The client is not allowed to use commissioned art to make a profit unless a portion of said profit is paid to the artist.
The artist reserves the right to use commissioned work on a portfolio.
If commissioning a fully rendered piece, half of the payment must be given upfront. The second half can be given once the piece is finished. If for some reason the piece is canceled, the client will have their money refunded.
The client may ask for updates on works to see the progress.
Some works are more complicated and take more time. Keep in mind that some pieces may take several days or more to complete.
When using or sharing commissioned work online, credit the original artist of the piece.
The personal information of both client and artist will be kept confidential by both parties.
Commissioning me means you agree to these terms.
